For wet and dry wood, for gluing together wooden elements, window frames, wooden details, stairs, wood and polystyrene foam, for gluing mineral and glass wool, for gluing together cardboard, sheet metal, PUR foam, stone, construction paper and other materials.
Usage:
The surface to be bonded must be free of dirt, dust and grease.
The entire surface to be glued should be covered with Deko D4 glue. If the entire surface to be glued cannot be covered with glue, then it is necessary to glue vertically with lines that are 100mm apart from each other (in this case, the edges of the parts or the surface to be glued should also be covered with glue). The width of the glue lines should be 5mm to 10mm. Adhesive consumption covering the entire surface must not be less than 200g/m². The glue consumption in line glues should not be less than 150g/m². NB! If absorbent surfaces or details are glued, the cost increases! This can happen, for example, in the case of mineral wool, where the glue consumption should definitely not be less than 300g/m². The amount of glue used must correspond to the humidity in the air or on the part. If you are gluing a material to which air cannot reach (except wood), the joint or surface must be gently sprayed with water to ensure the necessary moisture. Sufficient moisture ensures simultaneous drying of the glue. The surfaces to be bonded should be fixed (either with a weight or with each other) and the parts should be gently sprayed with a water spray to ensure complete curing.
The excess, or liquid glue, must be removed. The dried glue must be removed mechanically.
